Lerato & Associates are a Human Behavioural Change and Coaching Advisory founded to service economic participators in Africa using the workforce to drive notable change. We are an independent firm seasoned with neuroscience human development and financial practitioners dedicated to training, coaching individuals and teams in organizations that impact and shape the architecture of organizational cultures, leadership and executive development. We strive to lead the baton in being an active ingredient of delivering strategic human management advisory services that fortify and solidify companies' foundational pillars.

We care about the wellness of the most crucial asset in organizations, human capital.
